1. Products

The Infusion Lab offers cosmetic and personal care products made to order.

We aim to represent our products accurately through descriptions, photographs, and specifications. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur between production batches.

2. Orders and Confirmation

All orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation and product availability.

We may contact customers to verify order details, delivery addresses, and telephone numbers before beginning production.

If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer to discuss alternatives or cancellation.

3. Preparation and Delivery

All products are manufactured after order confirmation.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order preparation. Delivery time is additional and depends on the customer's location and courier availability.

We currently deliver throughout Lebanon. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars (USD).

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Customers are responsible for paying the total amount shown at checkout, including delivery charges, upon receiving their orders.

5. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may not be accepted.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, fragrance preferences, or incorrect product selections.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, customers should contact us promptly.

Eligible cases will be reviewed for an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Our products are intended for cosmetic and personal care use.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
